TERMS OF SALES
PRICES: Prices quoted are F.O.B. Tucson, Arizona. Prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to prevailing prices at time of shipment unless prior agreement is made. A Thru Z does our absolute best to keep prices as low as possible, however, if prices of our sources and supplies increase, we will have to increase our prices accordingly. All quotes and/or proposals are without Sales Tax unless specifically stated.
LEAD TIME: Lead times vary depending on current production. Please inquire regarding the current production time for your order. A Thru Z will do our best to meet your request without rush charges, however, if special arrangements have to be made, rush charges may apply. Lead Time begins upon A Thru Z’s acknowledgement of your order (receipt of payment or purchase order).
PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required to initiate all orders with the balance to be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept the following payment methods:
Checks – Personal or business checks, however, no second party checks. A $25.00 charge will be added for any returned checks.
Credit Cards – All major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Credit card transactions incur a processing fee of 3.5% of the order, which will be added to the total. A completed Credit Card Authorization Form with a copy of the front and back of the Credit Card and Driver’s License will be required.
Wire Transfer – Incurs a $25.00 bank transaction fee, which will be added to the total.
Terms – A completed credit application is required to apply for payment terms and is subject to approval.
SALES TAX: Sales Tax is not charged for orders shipped outside of Arizona or California. Sales Tax will be charged on all applicable orders unless an acceptable resale certificate is provided.
RESTOCKING: For orders not picked up within 30 days, items will be put back into inventory and deposits will not be refunded. For any merchandise returned after purchase, for any reason, there will be a 25% restocking fee withheld and any freight or shipping costs will not be refunded.
SHIPPING: Estimated shipping/freight charges available upon request. A Thru Z crates/palletizes shipments in 2” x 4” lumber for common carrier shipments and will charge 10% accordingly for crating/palletizing.
SHORTAGE OF GOODS: Any shortage of goods or missing merchandise must be reported to A Thru Z immediately. A Thru Z will do our best to assist in a timely fashion.
DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY: A Thru Z’s responsibility ceases when goods are picked up by the shipping company. Any damage incurred will be the customer’s responsibility to make a claim with delivery carrier.
